These icons will help you quickly identify the technical features of our footwear throughout the catalog.
REJUVE®
These styles are built using our Rejuve Motion Technology™, which helps to correct alignment relative to the leg and ground, leaving the foot controlled while still allowing normal motion to occur.
SLIP RESISTANT
Our specially designed outsoles provide high grip and traction. These styles have been tested for slip resistance on vinyl and quarry tile floors. The test results are listed with each model.
STRETCHABLE
The perfect styles for feet with bunions or hammertoes or other conditions that require a little extra 'give'. Our stretchable leatherette, PU and neoprene panels mean feet will be comfortable no matter what.
WATERPROOF
Feet will stay warm and dry with these styles that have been specially designed to keep water out with our Sealtex® bootie or laminate construction.
FLEXIBLE
These styles feature low-profile outsoles with extra flexibility to allow your feet to move more naturally.
THINSULATE™
Thinsulate™ insulation is made with fibers that absorb less than 1 percent of their weight in water. It's one of the lightest synthetic insulations on the market, and helps keep feet warm, even in damp conditions.
DOUBLE INSOLES
With the Propet EV (Extra Volume) insole system, customized fit and comfort is easy. Remove the bottom insole to provide a little extra volume or remove both to accommodate custom orthotics.
VAPOREX® INSOLES
For additional warmth in cold weather boots and footwear, we have designed our Vaporex® insole, which retains heat by using a foil backing and insulating materials to keep feet warm in the most inclement weather.
WASHABLE
Indicates styles that have been specifically designed for machine washing.
ANTIMICROBIAL
These styles feature antimicrobial properties that help prevent leading causes of foot odor.
WIDE CALF
This symbol indicates when a product can accommodate those with a wider calf.
BALANCE BAR™
Straight lasted styles designed to naturally complement, support and enhance forward propulsion.
REMOVABLE FOOTBED
These styles feature footbeds that can be removed to accommodate custom orthotics.
PED RX™
Protective and stylish footwear designed to comfort foot complications due to health problems, injury or overuse.
ORTHOLITE®
Ortholite® insoles are made with open cell, lightweight foams that create a cooler, drier shoe interior without adding unwanted bulk or weight. It's comfort from the inside out.
SAFETY RATED
Products with this designation have a Composite Toe tested ASTM F 2412-11/F2413-11 and approved ASTM I-75 and ASTM C-75.
